Double check that your domain registrar information is identical to the address you register for you local business account at Google, Yahoo, and Bing. By having them match each other this tells google you are not a fly by night company. Alot of third party sites also index your whois information and publish this content on the internet. This also gives a boost in local maps search optimization. If the address does not match you won't be penalized but you lose the gain that you could have. Attention to detail matters in search engine marketing. I've seen many sites that other SEO companies in San Diego that forget the smallest details and that is why I edge them out the game. I made 2 sites to test this theory out. One site had matching company information and the other did not. I signed up for google maps under a bogus information on both accounts. The site with the matching company information was at #15 spot on local maps while the other was #92. Tell me that is not a dramatic difference?
